The first time I tried EFT on myself was to help me to quit smoking.
I felt an emotional release and a tingleling over my body. I’m not saying EFT made me quit smoking but I think it set off a spark that did help me quit a few months later.
What got me to try it was Dr Mercola said if he only had one tool for healing his patients it would be EFT. That’s pretty amazing.
I now practise whenever I can, but I need to be more consistant and I will.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping, does exactly that: It frees you from Negative Emotions and Limiting beliefs rapidly and safely.
